7/27 Teach-In – Decolonizing Permaculture: Permaculture for the People!

Join us for a conversation about how permaculture can be used as a tool to combat climate change and help actualize a post-capitalist community. Permaculture is a system for designing agricultural landscapes that work with nature and incorporate energy conservation and regenerative practices.

Permaculture designs include regenerative organic gardening, grey water / rain water harvesting, and natural building techniques. For the first teach-in we’ll discuss criticism of colonizing practices within the movement and how we can apply principles to respond as a decolonizing society, and learn more about soil health and composting.

Come and share your experience and join the movement!
